General Terms And Conditions Of Sale


The apartments are reserved for the only use of dwelling. Any sub-renting is rigorously prohibited.

The presently rented buildings must under no pretext be occupied by a number higher than that indicated on the descriptive state, except prior agreement of the owner or his agent. A supplement of rent could be required or the hiring could be refused. The know as housing is furnished with its pieces of furniture, crockery, kitchen utensils, of household, bed linen, cover, linen and cloths, the whole in a state of cleanliness and maintenance.

The tenant will be able under no pretext to introduce into the buildings, no animal, without authorization of the owner or of his agent. He will absolutely have to abstain from, throwing in the wash-hand basin, the bath-tub, sink, w.c... objects likely to block the drains, or else he will be indebted expenses of repairing of the apparatuses.  Because of the difficulties had in season to obtain some staff or a qualified company, the owner and his agent decline any responsibility as for the time brought to the realization for repairs necessary. It will support without reduction of rent nor allowance, repairs falling to the owner in the case or the urgency would make them necessary for the period of hiring. Interruptions of operation: heating, hot water, Internet network.... just as the public services: water, electricity, domestic gas, telephone, do not justify a reduction of rent nor of damages, if they are not due to an act of will of the financial backer. The hirings are reserved to the families. If it acted of a group of young people, the hiring would be cancelled, and the versed instalment would remain sure with the owner. The tenants will conform to the rules of procedure of joint ownership.


The tenant may cancel his reservation free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The tenant has to pay the total amount if he cancels within 60 days of arrival.

Except in exceptional cases (congresses, festivals etc.), where the customer has to pay 30% of the total amount if he cancels after booking and the total amount if he cancels within 60 days before arrival.


The customer has to pay the total amount 60 days before the arrival, except for the special reservations (congresses, festivals etc) where he has to pay 30% of the amount in order to validate the booking, and the balance 5 weeks before arrival.

If the guest does not show up at the property, they will be billed the full amount.

In the event that these conditions are not met, the lessor is entitled to immediately re-rent the premises, subject of this contract. However, the lessee would remain liable for the payment of the balance of the rent. If the premises could be re-rented, only the damage suffered by the owner would remain the responsibility of the defaulting tenant.

In any case, the deposit on rent paid in advance will be acquired as minimum compensation.



From € 500 depending on the type of apartment.

A security deposit will be asked to the customer by credit card (a pre-authorization) when taking possession of the apartment.

The deposit is kept during your stay and resituated within 7 days from the end date of the stay, after the control of the apartment.


The Tenant engages to have his liability for the rented property insured, for the whole duration of the lease, by a well-known financially sound and solvent  insurance carrier acknowledged on the French market or in the European Union. For this purpose, the Tenant will give evidence of the validity of the above mentioned insurance cover upon the Lessor’s request by providing the relevant insurance certificate issued in due form on the date of entry into the rented property. Otherwise, he will be liable himself for any claim, by any third party including the lessor, for any physical injuries and any material and immaterial damage, whether consequential or not, caused by his misconduct, negligence or error.


La location est consentie pour un séjour qui commence le jour de l’arrivée à 16 heures et se termine le jour du départ avant 12 heures. La remise des clefs a lieu le jour de l’arrivée. Une somme forfaitaire de 150 Euros sera exigée du locataire en cas de perte du jeu de clefs qui lui est relis. Aucune remise de clefs ne pourra s’effectuer avant 10 heures et après 19 heures. L’inventaire de tous les objets contenus dans les lieux loués sera remis au locataire, le jour de l’entrée en jouissance ; il sera tenu de le vérifier, de le déposer dans la boîte aux lettres de la Loggia, le lendemain au plus tard, avec ses observations. Passé ce délai, il sera réputé conforme. Le locataire désirant prolonger son séjour devra en faire la demande au plus tard 48heures avant la date prévue. Si la prolongation est possible, il devra régler immédiatement la somme correspondante. Si le locataire ne libérait pas les lieux le jour à l’heure fixée par le présent règlement, il serait tenu de payer le loyer dû au titre de la période non prévue au contrat initial et le montant des dommages et intérêts qui pourraient être réclamés par le locataire dont le séjour se trouverait compromis.

The financial backer reserves the right to carry out all the methods of exit after the departure of the tenant In this case, the guarantee will be restored at the latest in the two months following the departure.

The financial backer reserves the right to modify these conditions in the event of needs.

The tenant states to have taken knowledge of all these clauses and to accept them without any restriction nor reserve.

In the event of dispute, the Courts of spring of the hiring will be only qualified
